Overview
Designed and built a complete business management system for a retail client, replacing manual spreadsheet workflows. Architected with Clean Architecture (MVVM + Use Cases), SwiftData for offline-first local persistence, and Firestore real-time listeners that synchronize the catalog instantly with two connected e-commerce storefronts. The app handles full CRUD for 7+ product categories, tracks stock losses, incoming batches, expenses, and bank accounts. Atomic Firestore transactions prevent overselling across platforms. The system enabled the client to surpass 2M+ CLP in monthly revenue within the first month of operation.
