Messaging app in Swift 6 and SwiftUI, built with a team spread across Discord under SCRUM. Real time chat with Firebase Firestore.
Overview
I was the iOS developer, the designer and the project manager. I drew the screens in Figma following Apple HIG, set up the repo and the user stories in GitHub Projects, and built adding and removing friends plus real time messaging on Firestore. I also refactored the core components to keep the architecture modular, and unblocked the rest of the team, some of them starting out, through code review.
